13th Annual NGO Fair - Event Series

Dear CEU Community,

Human RightS Initiative (HRSI) is pleased to present the event series of the

13th ANNUAL NGO FAIR

1. Prepare for the NGO Fair: Speed CV Clinic with a Career Advisor

(co-organized with CEU Career Services)

Tue 21 Mar, 12pm-2pm | In front of Nador 15 room 105 & Nador 13 level 1 study corners

As some of the NGOs present in the Fair are going to bring in their volunteering or internship opportunities, make sure you are ready! CEU career advisors will meet with you for 10 to 15 minutes during lunch break and give you some initial feedback on your CV, to make sure it is articulate, attention-grabbing and promotes you and your skills in the most effective way possible. Let us know you are coming for a CV clinic, bring with you your updated CV on paper or an electronic device and be ready to explain what NGO areas are you targeting.

2. Panel Discussion: NGO Careers - CEU Alumni Insights

(co-organized with CEU Career Services)

Wed 22 Mar, 5.45pm | Nador 13, room 416

Thousands of CEU graduates make a difference in the NGOs around the world. Meet some of them on campus for a one-hour panel discussion organized together with the alumni & career teams of CEU and School of Public Policy, and get a deeper insight on what it means to work in the sector—essential skills, opportunities for professional development and also possible challenges. See more information about the panelists and their background and RSVP here.
